Tina Koch, Senior Property Manager

As a Senior Property Manager, Tina is responsible for tenant relations, vendor management, repairs and maintenance and day-to-day operations of our largest client portfolio, consisting of retail shopping centers and single tenant NNN properties.

Tina joined the team when MCP Real Estate & Investment Management hired CRE Vertical to manage their portfolio and family office, having spent the nearly six years as a property manager for their portfolio. Tina’s prior experience includes property management at Vanderbeer Bros, as well as multiple roles including Risk Analyst and Transportation Coordinator at Becton Dickenson.
