Michael Rogers, Property Accountant

As a Property Accountant, Michael oversees day-to-day property accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget management, and compliance across the portfolio. He works closely with asset management and operations to maintain transparency and support informed decision-making.

Michael holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification, and prior to joining CRE Vertical, he was a property accountant with Hines Interests, where his we responsible for a significant office portfolio. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY at Geneseo, School of Business.
