Michael Calandra, Senior Property Manager

As a Senior Property Manager, Mike is responsible for tenant relations, vendor management, repairs and maintenance and day to day operations of retail portfolio, including grocery anchored shopping centers, strip malls as well as the common area of a large mixed use commercial condominium association.

Prior to joining CRE Vertical, Mike was a Senior Property Manager at both SJP Properties and The Hampshire Group, where he oversaw both retail and office properties.
