John Steinfeldt, Asset Management Associate

As an Asset Management Associate, John assists in implementing asset strategies by conducting in-depth financial analysis, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to maximize returns. Works alongside senior leadership to ensure business plans are executed effectively across the portfolio.

Prior to joining CRE, John was an Asset Manager at Ivy Equities and an Asset Management Associate at C-III Capital Partners, where he worked on a wide range of properties, including industrial, office and retail properties nationwide. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business.
