Joel Cohn, Chief Financial Officer

Joel serves as our Chief Financial Officer. With more than four decades of real estate accounting experience, Joel brings deep expertise and perspective to our platform. He provides significant value to our clients and investors while also serving as a mentor to the team, particularly our accounting staff.

Joel focuses on high-level financial oversight, reviewing each property’s books on a monthly basis to ensure performance is aligned with plan and that any issues are addressed promptly. His career spans both institutional and entrepreneurial environments. Before joining CRE Vertical Advisors, Joel served as CFO of Rugby Realty, a family-owned investment firm with more than seven million square feet of commercial properties.
