Jada Cohn, Real Estate Intern

Jada Cohn is a Real Estate Intern at CRE Vertical Advisors, where she brings a strong academic foundation in real estate finance and development as she pursues a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Her experience extends beyond the classroom through participation in industry-focused programs and coursework, where she engages with professionals, explores investment strategies, and gains exposure to commercial real estate environments.

This summer, Jada supports the CRE Vertical team across a range of initiatives, including financial analysis, lease and contract organization, and operational workflows tied to asset management. She works closely with the team to assist in evaluating deals, strengthening internal systems, and gaining hands-on exposure to real estate operations.
